Not aware of one that will block in any domain other than the one you attack while wearing it.

as for the scroll, there is one to limit the range a player can explore, but i do not think there is one to block them being able to explore in all domains.

It would be nice to be able to buy all levels of artifact sets from the trader. Currently we are able to buy only Level 4-5 sets. Most cannot afford to buy them as it is and i doubt many have ever on all servers. But i know for myself i would consider buying a couple of the smaller sets. Thoughts?

There is abuse, i do not however think simply putting an end to the lake reward is doing enough.

Take lakes away from everyone and allow those who have used this to defraud the game out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars to keep playing? Great plan.

A very important question given the 150-200-50 quests we are given.

132/200 and 15k Gems right now would derail that for sure.
