who is recruting?

my second city, Ratnapura 34-14-3, which was founded on January 20, shows all stone resources depleted. how can it be? i'm just starting a new game and cannot afford to plant a Flower of Plethora in each one of the sites. am i screwed?

i just got a meesage, depleted, as you say. my city is five days old, how can it be depleted already??? this must be a glitch!!! is there anyone who can fix this? or am i just screwed?

twoo villages show low production on stone quarries. all buildings are filled with workers. three quarries show production 30/hour and four show 2/hour. what's going on?

how long does it take before an unactive player loses his/her city?
