Hi,
I was told that you can go to local services and there will be an option to pay to have your tunnels closed in 30 mins for your mines and pits but I can only find that option for my cities, not any outer domains. Is there something wrong with my options or is the other player mistaken?

I have a problem. The ratio wheel in the main building has the little buttons to click on to move the ratios around for the different resources, well mine are all clumped together because I had to make some of the resources areas so small compared to others and now I cant get them apart and change ...
