There are a number of ways to get Black Gems... 1) Buy them! 2) Attack ruins and they will give you BG as a reward..the level of the ruin does not necessarily relate to the amount of BG you get, however, so a level 1 ruin could give you 20BG whilst a level 5 or 6 ruin could just give you 1 or 2 BG 3 ...
